How do I sign up with HiShop? 
To sign up, click on the SIGN UP button at the top left hand corner of the top bar. You can do so manually or by using Facebook Connect. Alternatively, you may just enter your email address to subscribe to our newsletters for exclusive offers!

How can I view and update my account details?
Once you are registered with HiShop, you may at any time view or modify any of your registered details by logging into your account and accessing the "My Account" section of the Website.

Are HiShop's products genuine?
HiShop only carries products which we have gotten directly from the brand or authorized distributor. All our products are 100% genuine.

Is it possible to get a list of ingredients for a product?

Are your transactions all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)?
Yes. All prices and transactions are only in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

How do I make payment for my purchases?
You will need to be logged in to your HiShop account. 
Payment can be made online using most Visa or Mastercard credit cards or online debit via RHB Bank, CIMB Clicks, Maybank2U, EON Bank, MEPS Cash, Mobile Money, Webcash and MEPS FPX.

What are HiShop Points? How do I use them?
HiShop Points are a form of HiShop currency that may be applied as credits towards future HiShop purchases. You earn HiShop Points whenever you make a purchase on the site (RM1 spent = 1 point).

To use your HiShop Points:

How do I know if the purchase was successfully transacted?
If a purchase has been successfully transacted, an order confirmation screen will appear displaying your order reference number. You will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of your purchase and an order reference number. If for any reason the transaction was unsuccessful, kindly place the order again. In case of any doubt, feel to contact our customer service personnel at +603 7725 2170 and we will be happy to verify your transaction for you.

Is my purchase transaction secure?
It is our commitment that consumers can shop online securely. We utilise a secure payment gateway via MOLPay as our payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128-bit encryption. At no time is your credit card information compromised nor is it stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot modify or cancel an order after your payment has been made. However, if you have any problems with your purchase, contact us at +603 6142 2236 and we will try our best to assist you.





Where do you deliver to?
All products are deliverable to Malaysia and internationally (for full list, kindly refer to 'International Delivery').

What happens after I make my purchase? When will I receive my order?
Typically, we aim to send out all items on the next working day via express courier. However, as a safe estimate, you can expect your items to be shipped out within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) of your purchase, excluding public weekends & holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
We use an express courier service to deliver all orders. A person will be required to sign and accept delivery of the purchased product(s). This is to verify that the goods were delivered and received correctly.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery (nationwide) is free of charge for purchases above RM100.

For purchases below RM100, a flat fee of RM10 will be imposed for delivery nationwide.

You can view your final delivery charges upon checkout.




For all other international orders, items will be shipped by courier, which takes up to 2 weeks for transit time between airports and will require signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped out.

All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). At time of writing, 1 US Dollar equals 3.28 MYR.

Will there be customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs and import duties vary, we are unable to tell you the exact costs. Do contact your local customs office to find out about additional charges.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Estimated transit time for each country. Transit times are subject to custom's clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic, and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

HiShop Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a company regulated under the laws of Malaysia. We operate in Malaysia and all our products comply with all the laws and regulations of Malaysia. We do not guarantee compliance with specific local laws, regulations or specifications under the local jurisdictions of individual customers. 




Cash on delivery (COD) is now available within Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor.
For orders above RM100 in a single transaction, delivery is absolutely free. Otherwise, a minimal charge of RM10 will be incurred.

What should I do after placing an order with COD?

Once you have placed an order with COD, our HiShop representatives will contact you to set a preferred delivery date and time. Kindly ensure that someone is available to collect and sign for your parcel.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Subsequently, a representative from Ta-Q-Bin will contact you before making the delivery. Please have the exact amount (as stated in your invoice) ready when your parcel is delivered.

How long does it take for the parcel to reach me?

Orders via COD will reach within 5 to 7 working days.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If your order is damaged or for some reason you aren't entirely happy with the product, then we aren't happy either.
