1. Orders & Tracking

  • How do I place an order? Simply browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successful.

  • How can I track my parcel? Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T, or PosLaju).

  • Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We offer affordable flat-rate shipping across Malaysia. You can also enjoy Free Shipping when you hit our minimum spend milestones:

    How long does delivery take?

    • West Malaysia: 2–4 business days.

    • East Malaysia: 5–7 business days.

    • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak sale seasons or public holidays.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, Hishop.my only ships within Malaysia. We’re focused on providing the best local experience for now!

    How can I track my parcel?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking page.

3. Payment Methods

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of secure payment options:

    • Online Banking (FPX)

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)

    • E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go, ShopeePay)

  • Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your data is always protected.

4. Products & Authenticity

  • Are your products original? Absolutely. We take pride in sourcing directly from authorized distributors and brands. Every product on Hishop.my is 100% authentic.

  • The product I want is out of stock. When will it be back? You can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page, and we’ll send you an email the moment it’s back in stock.

  • How do I check the expiry date of a product? We ensure all shipped products have a healthy shelf life. If you have concerns about a specific batch, feel free to message us with the product name.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly sent. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • How do I request a refund? Please email our team at order@hishop.my with your order number and a photo of the item. We will guide you through the process.
